So, What Are You Thinking About?

Hello!!! I hope you're having a super fantastic day! My day has been great (just in case you were wondering :-)). So, I wanted to know, What are you thinking about? Statistics show that on average we have 48 thoughts PER MINUTE, wow, that's alot of thinking :-). But, what I wonder is, what are we thinking? Our thought patterns shapes up so much of our reality; our world that in my opinion, positive, healthy thoughts are extremely important. Are you experiencing the results you want from your life? Reflect on your thoughts (mindset) and that will prove as a barometer of the results your seeing.
Our minds (thought patterns) are deeply influenced by our enviroment: what we read, the music we listen to, television shows we watch, the conversations we participate in and the people  we share the majority of our time with. That selecting these influencers should be done with much consideration. The exciting thing to me is, if we aren't experiencing the results we want, we have the ability and power to change it! Decide what area in life you would like to improve. Find credible sources to assist you in that particular area (literature, audio tapes, dvds, professionals, teachers, educational programs, etc). Study the resources and each day tell yourself how successful you will be in that area. Which reminds me,(a little side note here) what you're thinking influences your speech. Refrain from negative words concerning yourself, your goals, the life you truly desire to have and others. Your words are not idle! They are enforcers of your reality. So change your thinking (mindset) , change the words you speak, change your life!!! So now back to what I was saying :-)... Keep working towards your goal and don't stop until you see the results you desire. If you have many areas you would like to improve on, I would say pick one at a time, complete it and then pick another. If you can handle more than one area, go for it! But remember, small consistent steps to the greater goal. Also, surround yourself with positive, supportive people. You'll the need the cheerleading along the way. Feed your soul with positive messages. There is something so refreshing and satisfying when you're meditating on enlightening words. An author that I have observed having positive messages, is Dr. Cindy Trimm. If you have not experienced any of her books, check her out. Also, I was introduced to a lyricist (his work, not him personally) Andy Mineo. I find his music to be fun, refreshing, upbeat and very positive. If you haven't experienced him either look him up and tell me what you think. Well that's it for now folks, until next time have a SUPER FANTASTIC day!!!! xoxo.
