So Where Have I Been? And Hello!!!!!
Hello Hello and Hello!!!!
I know it has been a VERY long time!!! I have not written intentionally. However today I've decided to be transparent. If you have read any of my posts, you are aware that I talk a lot about purpose, hope and living your best life ever. I talk about my source of hope, life, love and so much more- Yeshua. On this journey we all know (if you've lived long enough :-) that there are many obstacles and I do mean MANY. And quiet frankly there isn't anything wrong with obstacles if you go through them in a manner that is mature and healthy. They produce strength, growth and patience.

What's Been Going On-Temporary Processes
Adjusting to many transitions for one.I have had so many things change in the past few months, some really healthy and positive changes, that have brought about so many exciting opportunities and have completely brought sheer happiness into my life, I've also experienced much sadness and disappointment. It's something when you can experience happiness and sadness at the same time. In one glance you can see how change is propelling you forward and at the same time it can look like it's taking you backwards in other areas of your life. Some would refer to it as the Yin-Yang affect. No matter how it may appear I KNOW that I'm progressing forward and that I'm on the path in which I'm suppose to be. I thank Yeshua for the people in my life who have been a strong support unit; we can not walk this journey alone and have all the benefits we're entitled too (I'll explain that thought another time). You want to know who really values you, respects you, wants the best for you? Observe the behavioral patterns of those around you when it appears you're at your lowest ( notice I said appears- they have no vision and understanding of you in depths or your future, only what they can SEE, which is limited). Observe those who don't like the standards that you STAND for. Observe those who speak negatively about those around them to others (not you) and speaks highly of themselves often ( how they do this in comparison to others, how much they've done, etc- this inflated self view is dangerous for many reasons) All you have to do is observe, sit quietly and just observe. Sometimes we just want to speak but there are times just to watch, take notes and use wisdom. Everyone around you isn't on your team, they're not really supporters, though they have on the mascot of a supporter and when the game is high they're cheering you on, you understand your real supporters when the games is low- whose teaching you, showing you the plays, out there on the field with you during practice when the spotlight isn't on? Those are your real supporters. It's very crucial that you know the difference before the "season" starts, before the crowd starts cheering your name, before the endorsements start coming in, before the "hype" begins. Your true supporters will celebrate you, enjoy the success with you but they will also protect you from vultures, remind you that it's about the "team" not you- keep you grounded, be there when you fail, and grow and love you in life. So, though there is much sadness and disappointment through the realization of your supporters, know that it's all for the greater good anyway. Love them(false supporters) during this time, don't act out of character to prove anything to them, don't disgrace their name, love them remain peaceable and continue to move forward.
That whole analogy may seem so random but take what you can from it :-)
I do have some exciting things coming up to share, I'll let you all know in December; 2014 will be AWESOME. You'll get to see what I've been working on so quietly and diligently in my corner.
Also, to everyone who has been reaching out, I would like to say thank you. All is well, for my safety and well being I've been very low key but I will be re-surfacing very soon! I love you all and I really do appreciate you. (they say if you don't want everyone to know everything put it in a book- or a post) :-)

My Energy Source
So Who Is My Energy Source I'm Always Referring To?
There is SO much I can say about my energy source, more than I've said already in previous posts, but i'll say a little more here. (please watch your volume)
Yeshua is the Hebrew name for Jesus. I am not Hebrew and I speak the English language 97% of the time but I often choose to refer to Jesus as Yeshua simply because I want to. Simple as that :-) I made the decision to connect with my energy source Yeshua many, many years ago during my adolescent years. Throughout our relationship I've made some pretty poor choices, unwise decisions and have had to learn from my choices along the way. As I became maturer in age and desired to connect properly to the one who is the source of my life, and thus a real relationship began; through the reading of the holy scriptures, prayer and meditation, associating with a community of believers in Yeshua, along with sincerity and time I began to learn more about who Yeshua is and how I'm connected with him. I am so GRATEFUL to Yeshua!!!! I remember a time I was so lost, lost in who I was and my reason for existence; because of this I developed a need to people please- are they going to be proud of me? If I do this will they reject me? I wonder what "they're" going to think. Let me change who I am so "they" can be comfortable. I didn't like who I was because of the "theys" but as I began to build with my energy source I realized I was created and designed the way I was for a specific reason and that I was ENOUGH. I discovered that I was made in the image of Yeshua (Genesis 1:26) and that I was wonderfully made (psalm 139:14). I soon realized the only opinion that mattered was Yeshua's; through community living with believers who were maturer in their journey with Yeshua and the building of my relationship with Yeshua I realized their were many patterns and behaviors that I had developed along the way that I no longer wanted to demonstrate and did not reflect the peace and harmony that comes with reflecting the character of Yeshua, so I began seeking guidance on how to dissolve those patterns and develop new and healthier ones. In part this took time but I was okay with that because I was and still am so excited and appreciative for the connection I have with my energy source. Yeshua is my friend (John 15:14,15), even typing that makes me smile! How awesome is it to have a friend that is the GREATEST person/entity ever!!! Here are a few scriptures i'll use as to why I refer to him as my energy source (John 1:3,4)(John 14:6)(John 6:63), again I can and will expound on this in much greater detail at another time but for now here you go, also I left a little video clip for you as well to express who Yeshua is to me...please watch your volume. Life with the source of life!!!! YESHUA.

Finish Strong!
Make It Count!!!
Hey Friends! A few more months left in the year (USA), let's make it count. Let us finish the year strong with big strides being made. As I reflect over the year thus far, I thank my energy source Yeshua for the strength and endurance to persevere. I remember talking to a good friend of mine earlier this year and I made a statement saying " I want to make great strides in my purpose in life this year, I want to make it count!" Can you see progress in your life from the beginning of 2013 to now? If you were to get a report card from your creator in December what would the evaluation look like? Would you hear "well done, you good and faithful worker"? It's not too late, all we have to do is honor our Lord with our lives, live in obedience to our purpose and do our very best. Pick an area or areas you'd like to honor your creator in and work diligently in improving the area(s). You can do it no matter how difficult, progress is progress!
A Few Tips To Help
1. Do not get distracted by looking at others progression or lack thereof. Focus on what you're suppose to do.
2. Pray and Meditate every single day on the knowledge of truth (the holy word-bible). Much guidance, serenity and centered-ness comes from a healthy and deep rooted spiritual life.
3. Healthy environment, being around people who are also spiritually healthy and intentional on being purposeful in life will constantly fuel and encourage your desire to do the same (and vice versa).
4. Choose freedom, don't be paralyzed with fear. It wastes time and energy. Do what you're suppose to do, if you make a mistake learn from it, if you need guidance- get it, need assistance- ask for it. The point is choose to be free and move.
5. Grow, surround yourself with people who can challenge you in the area(s) you desire to see growth in. You know, the ones better than you in the particular area(s), this will empower you to want more and grow. Who wants to be the big fish in a little pond!, stagnate anyone.
6. Enjoy the journey! Smile, love, laugh, support, dream, achieve, show thanks, choose joy, teach, learn, disciple, encourage, forgive, show humility, eat, dance, travel, study, love, hug, learn, love, teach, love, dance, love, forgive, love, show grace, love, smile, love, support, show thanks, love.... you get it! :-)
Have a wonderful rest of the day! Stay Calm & Sparkle ~Niki Flow~

Movement in Sincerity
Hello All,
How's everyone? I'm well. So it's like 2a.m my way and I'm just humbled right now; lately I've had the honor of meeting some really remarkable people. Their dedication and sincerity to Yeshua the Christ is so pure. The reflection of this truth is found in how they love and treat his people. They aren't impressed with themselves and their theological insights so much that they are more concerned with divulging how much knowledge/information they know and can spew out and completely miss the opportunity to show love and grace to a people that so eagerly want to connect with a power greater than themselves. They aren't complaining about ministering to Yahweh's people, whether at the local park, inside the mall, a friend's house or in a building; it's not a chore because their heart is grateful to Yeshua for not only what he's done in their lives but who he is to them. I'm so thankful to be around a sea of people whose lives are centered around Christ. I've been around Pharisees and Scribes too long, they try to impress others with how much theology they know, whose connected to who, whose the smartest in the group, whose influence is greater, who can rub elbows with this person or that person, and all that unnecessary, unproductive and simple stuff that the lives around them that are in need of hope aka Christ perish. Yeshua has been used as a business tool, a resource for social-economical growth and not the enlightenment (truth) people need. There is a movement happening, there is a shift within the wind, a rise of a nation that is bold and unwavering in their allegiance to Yeshua the Christ and their purpose and call in him. May those whose sincerity towards people and their discovering who Christ is and who they are in Christ be encouraged, energized and equipped to continue on their journey. May they not begin strong but finish strong as well. May the necessary resources be granted to them fully to continue on in their endeavors. May the fruit of their labor be visible, and may Jesus (Yeshua) the Christ be glorified!!!
p.s hope all this makes sense, it is 2a,m :-) love you all!!

Life Begins!
And Then.....
Hello all. I hope you're doing well. It's been such a busy time for me!! How about for you all? This is going to be a short post today (I think... :-). Also, if you're in a public place watch your volume bc the song in the video clip may be loud in your speakers.... So, I am excited to share a little with you all with what's going on my way; but not yet... but soon though. I am SO SO grateful to my energy source -Yeshua for life!!! I am always reminded of his grace, his love and his truth!!! Having a healthy and intimate relationship with him is far more valuable than anything tangible I could earn in this world! One thing I have discovered is that this amazing truth isn't predicated on everything going perfectly in my life or me not having any obstacles but it's totally based upon his grace, his patience, his love and his WANTING me to discover who I am in him and living my best life ever! ( and me accepting his invitation) To be awakened to this truth has been extremely liberating!I have been in situations that were very uncomfortable to say the least: abandonment by someone I loved and trusted; the scarcity of food & finances, no employment, mistreatment, and SO much more.. but I was NEVER without HOPE!!! And let me tell you the opportunity to choose hopelessness was very present but I made the choice to trust in the source of life-Yeshua. And gradually, my faith in him became stronger; our relationship deepened. Over and over the love Yeshua has for me became obvious. Praying to him everytime (most times) I felt disappointed, sad or uncertain created an atmosphere of trust between us. I knew everything was going to be okay and he knew I would rely on him and his energy and not my own. The wisdom I began to acquire in various situations that produced the results I needed were impeccable.
Discover the one who is the source of life-Yeshua. Experience a relationship that will revive your soul and produce your best life ever!!!!! No matter what your present circumstance is great, good, okay, not so good, bleak, horrible or whatever the case, in him it will improve expedientially and remarkably!!! He loves you!!!!
Make the decision and then.......LIFE BEGINS!!!! I love you all!!! Enjoy life y'all. Stay Calm & Sparkle. I'll talk to you soon ~Niki Flow~

Living Outside of That Box
Get Out of The Box
Have you ever wondered is there more to life? Or have you looked at someone else on tv, in the grocery store, book store, online, at the park and thought "man they seem to live a fuller life than I". How about the thought(s) of " I could never travel there or acheive that, no one else in my family ever has experienced that before". Sometimes we live in this invisible box that keeps us from experiencing the life we are actually meant to live. Living a life full of purpose and passion isn't a fairytale even though to many in the world it appears that way.Are you tired of looking at someone else's life and "wishing" you could have a "do-over"? What if you were given that "do-over", what would you change? I have discovered that living a life full of purpose, excitement, passion, hope, love and abundance of joy is not only obtainable but the ultimate reality! I had to seek my purpose of exisistence from my creator; my energy source, Yeshua. Then I had to make wise and intentional choices concerning various areas in my life. Not making choices out of emotion, others opinions or happenstance. I had to pray and meditate on these decisions. I asked those around me who are more mature, developed and centered in the creator, for their wisdom concerning certain things and then I did the sometimes "tough part"- MOVED. Having the knowledge of what you should do is easy once you discover it. Having the know how, is easy once you learn it. But one of the more challenging aspects of the process is actually moving out and doing it.
About a year plus ago I read a book titled "Who Moved My Cheese" by Spencer Johnson. The book is simple in understanding but profound in many regards. I would recommend this book to anyone who has not read it yet; one thing I reflect on from the story is we "mankind" can put ourselves in a box due to our own mindset, other people or fear and sit in that invisible box knowing we should get out and have more, acheive more, help more, live more but we'll sit in the box and "wish" someone one else would make the "hard" decision for us. Wishing for the change we have the ability and power to make. Year in and year out we go through the motions of life because we won't make the decision to get outside the box and live a life full of purpose! We have this void on the inside and are unfulfilled because we aren't operating in our reason for existence. So, we sit in the box and watch others excel and acheive their goals. We watch them live rich and fulfilling lives; all while not truly believing we were meant to have that same experience. I would like to share a story about a family I had the privilege of being introduced to recently and it is my hope, that you find the inspiration to live your best life ever!
There was a man who seemed to have had it all, great family, financial freedom, big beautiful home, a great career and an intimate relationship with his creator. He was very active in his local assembly of spiritual growth & development and had great friendships. Though on the outside everything appeared picture perfect to others; he knew there had to be more. There was still something missing- his purpose. As time went on, he decided to go on a missions trip to a country in Africa. While there he met the locals, aided those in need, fulfilled his obligations and went back to his home country. While back home, he sensed a tug from his creator; he knew he was meant to be in the country he just visited in Africa. With much prayer, he knew it was time for him to leave his local assembly of spiritual growth & development and fulfill the purpose his creator had given him. He discussed what he knew was his purpose with a few friends; they prayed with him and for him. The gentlman and his family sold all their possessions and relocated to that country for three years. They worked alongside the chief of that area and other organizations to build up that community. Not only did the man fulfill purpose he aided his family in the courage of discovering and fulfilling theirs. The impact this family made in that country is remarkable to say the least and I would have to write a whole other post to give details. But let me just share that they have created a live and efficient system for the citizens there, they have established friendships, and will continue to go back for workshops & confrences for others who will follow behind them. They are back in their home country and have been asked by a local state & city to assist in the fortifying of the communities there. As the couple ended their sharing of their experience and the joy they were experiencing from fulfilling purpose they both exclaimed how they would not go back to life as they formerly knew it. Although they had the "dream life" by others standards true fulfillment for them and their children came from living a life obedient to the purpose in which they were created for.
I hope this was inspiring and enlightening. So much more about this family I could write about but the moral of the stroy is get out that box and MOVE!!!! Discover your purpose in the source of life- Yeshua and work at living a fulfilling and rewarding life in your creator! love, love, love you all!

Integrity= Peace & Freedom
Good day to you!!!! Today I wanted to talk about integrity. Integrity (from dictionary.com) is the adherence to moral and ethical principles; soundness of moral character; honesty.
Some time ago, I was sitting in my place of spiritual development and during the service we were having communion, during this time the alter was open for anyone who wanted to participate and re-dedicate themselves to Yeshua in different areas of their lives. I made no hasty decision to go up, but rather i took this time to reflect long and hard about some decisions i've made over the course of time, and I also thought about some people I found myself associating with. As I sat there, in my heart and soul I knew that I wanted to make healthier choices for my spiritual health. I had allowed poisionous behaviors into my personal space; and in doing so I became more and more desensitized to behaviors, decisions and codes of my spiritual beliefs. As a result of this my soul began to lack the vitality I was accustomed too; I became thirsty spiritually. I could feel the inner parts of me crave my energy source Yeshua. I can remember thinking " What are you doing!?" " What have you opened yourself up too!?" I began to weep, knowing that I no longer wanted to feel distant from my creator; though I knew he was there, I still felt distant. A few weeks prior to this, I remember calling a dear, dear, friend of mine who I love very much and thank my energy source for her often. She is like a big sister to me, though she would say mother :-) but I called her and shared some things with her and we talked and the words she spoke were like breaths of life to my soul. She affirmed what I knew and what I knew I needed to do. It is SO important to have a support person and/or group, we ALL need it. It's so easy to get off course or become distracted, having these person(s) in your life will always guide you to what is pure and true, not toxicity. Her love and grace while she spoke truth was the character and nature of that of my spiritual father. I knew in that moment that the love my energy source has for me far out weighed that of the path that I started to veer on. So as I sat there during this time of re-dedication, I made a decision. I made the decision to follow the patterns that Yeshua laid out as an option for me. I decided that nothing and no one was worth me not being properly connected to my energy source. I did not want to risk the chance of continuing making decisions that would affect my spiritual health. I wanted the vitality of my saviour again, though on the outside it "appeared" that I was one way; I knew on the inside I wasn't. What good is keeping up appearances when the very essence of who I am was at stake. After that decision, opportunities to go againist the decision I made, made itself available; but I meant what I spoke to my energy source the day I took communion. My integrity in Yeshua the Christ far outweighs the opinions, perspectives and conclusions of others. I have such peace knowing that at the end of each day I purpose to be pleasing in the face of the one who created me. I am so grateful that on this journey called life we're not left having to "figure it out". That we have a moral guide, a spiritual guide, a peaceful and truth filled guide, the holy bible to help us along the way. Yeshua's love and grace is one of the most cherishable treasures I have ever experienced! It brings about wholeness, peace and freedom. I have had the awesome and amazing privilege to have met others who share this same experience; connecting with them and growing in this experience together makes for a very rewarding life I must tell ya.
So, in my conclusion ( :-) this has turned out to be pretty long huh :-) ) A life of integrity before the ultimate energy source ever is far more valuable than a facade before men. Never compromise your standards, no one who truly respects you or the integrity you desire to uphold will ask you too. You are worth making healthy choices and your relationship with your creator is too!
I would like to leave you with these words of strength and empowerment if you may find yourself needing to re-evaluate some things within yourself and/or around you? " Yeshua, I desire to be close to you, closer than I am now. I ask for your grace in any and all areas of my life that didn't (doesn't) reflect your character or patterns. I desire to know you. I accept you in my life and I accept you in this ___ (area). Guide me into your truth and I will follow. Guide me to a safe place where I may grow in my knowledge and understanding of you. Surround me with people who have dedicated their lives to being properly connected to you so that they may stand side by side with me on this journey. I now know that I can make the choice to follow you, reflect you, live with you as my ultimate source of energy (life) and have a life of integrity, thank you"
* a life of holiness is a life of peace.
* you are loved so much by your creator
*he'll prove you, you don't have to prove yourself when you walk in his honor
*I pray for your courage in making the necessary choices needed to live life honorably
*make the necessary changes, it's going to be okay

*email me if you'd like to talk i'm here
* I love you very much!

On Site With Team Robinson MMA..
Recently I had the opportunity to visit Team Robinson MMA gym, located on 262 S. Pike West Sumter, Sc 29154 where Owner Jerome Robinson and aspiring fitness model Monique Hunter did some moves for their MMA photo shoot. While there I met some of the members of Team Robinson and quickly realized why this gym is one of the fastest growing MMA spots in town. The friendly and welcoming atmosphere was quiet unexpected considering the fact that I found mixed martial arts and intense fitness guru's very intimidating. While, on site Monique Hunter (who is in excellent shape) made every pose seem so effortless, smiling through every one of them. I asked her when did fitness become a passion for her and she said ever since she was in elementary school. Currently in the U.S. Air Force, it is her goal to stand as an inspiration for mothers everywhere (she's a proud mother of three) to invest in their health and become the best them they can possibly be. " As a working mom, holding down the fort with three young children I know it can be difficult to find time to take care of ones' self but I have realized in order for me to be the absolute best mother, sister, friend, daughter and woman I can be,I must make myself and my health a top priority". As, they ( Monique and Jerome) prepared for their next pose, I asked Mr. Robinson a little about the gym and soon realized that Jerome and the members of Team Robinson are dedicated to helping the community become stronger, healthier, and safer with each and every class they teach. They offer a women's kickboxing class every Wednesday at 6p and have one of the leading youth MMA programs in Sumter and surrounding counties. Jerome says, " Not only do we specialize in teaching kids how to train in mixed martial arts and self defense we also teach them discipline and working in excellence, which many parents see transfer in other areas of their lives such as school, social enviroments, etc. Mr. Robinson will be speaking at a " Stop the Violence" Campaign on August11, 2013 at Dilon Park in Sumter, Sc to further making the community he's a part of that much more empowered . For more information on Team Robinson's events, classes and services please visit their website at www.beastmode247.com or call 803-236-0803. I would like to thank aspiring fitness model Monique Hunter, for the inspiration she provides to women everywhere for going after their dreams. Thank you so much Mr. Robinson and The Team Robinson family for allowing me into your space! Thank you to everyone who visits my blog, I love you all! LIVE EMPOWERED & ENLIGHTENED!!!
